The University Convention Hall
	The University Convention Hall is the largest building inside UI's Depok campus. With an area of approximately 7,915 m2, the convention hall is intended for major events, such as: registration of new students, graduation ceremony, exhibitions and science contests. The hall is complete with a stage and tribune for the capacity for 2,500 people that makes it the best place for other big events or ceremonies. Moreover, the parking lot has the approximate area of 10,000 m2. Since its establishment, the convention hall has also been rented by other educational institutions in Jakarta to hold graduation ceremonies for their students.

The Japanese Study Center
	TThe purpose behind the establishment of the Japanese Study Center (PSJ) is to support the relationship between Indonesia and Japan toward a respectful, thoughtful and beneficial mutual cooperation based on an equal global partnership. A more specific objective of PSJ UI is to share out information on Japan as a country that plays an important role in Asia. Because of that, PSJ UI is focusing its activities in research and informational activities. PSJ UI is officially opened by the Education and Culture Minister, Prof. Dr. Ing. Wardiman Djojonegoro on June 2, 1995.
The Convention Center
	The Convention Center is located next to the Depok BNI building. Usually, this building is used for inaugural ceremonies of professors and seminars.
The Student Hall
	The UI Salemba Student Hall is one of the facilities under the management of the Students Affair and Alumni Relationship Deputy. This building is often used for events like seminars, meeting, etc. With the capacity of 300 people, this building can be used by UI students and personnel, as well as rented for public use.To use the Pusgiwa Hall, Student Hall, and Sport Facilities, file a proposal to Students Affair and Alumni Relationship Deputy, in The Administration Center Building, Fourth Floor, UI Depok Campus.
