With the proper facilities, administration, and service, Universitas Indonesia would keep its position as the best higher education in the country, especially in this era of globalization and market based economics. UI administration has been proven to provide excellent service for its 38,000 students and 3,000 staffs.

The utilization of information technology provides a significant support for students and staffs to complete their tasks. This was a great leap forward in Indonesian higher education at the time. Other universities follow the way that has been paved by UI.
