Prof. Dr. Liche Seniati, M.Si. graduated as a psychologist from Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Indonesia. She continued her study and earned her master and doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Indonesia.
As a lecturer, Liche has primary responsibilities to teach Introduction to Psychology, Research Methodology and Statistics, Logic and Scientific Writing, and Psychological Test Construction for S1 (Undergraduate Program). She also teachs Advanced Statistics and Industrial/Organizational Psychology for S2 (Graduate Program).
Liche has research interests in Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Human Resource Management, especially in Higher Education Institution. She has supervised many skripsi and thesis writing on that topics. For her dissertation, she did research about "The Effect of Tenure, Personality Trait, Job Satisfaction, and Psychological Climate on Organizational Commitment of Lecturer to Universitas Indonesia". Currently, she wrote about "The Role of Psychology in Higher Education Institution".
At this moment, Liche is a chief editor of Makara, Journal of Human Studies, published by Directorate of Research and Community Services, Universitas Indonesia. Beside that, she also involves as a peer reviewer for several scientific journal in Indonesia.
