Professor of Literature

She’s teaching in Javanese Department, on subjects: Mastery of Javanese I - IV, Javanese Institution, Javanese Arts, Javanese Theater, Javanese Drama Analysis, and Nusantara Folklore. In UI Postgraduate Program, Literature Studies, she’s teaching on subjects: Nusantara Written Tradition and Principals and Figures in Philology. This professor from Faculty of Humanities was born in Surakarta, Central Java, 27 December 1942 really likes to sing. She is the alumni of Faculty of Letters UI, Javanese Major (1975). She earned her Doctoral degree from Postgraduate Program UI Literature Studies (31 July 1993). Some of her scientific research works are: Self-Prepared for Entering New Era by Understanding and Implementing Traditional Wisdom as Implied and Explained in Javanese Teachings and Idioms, Paper In the Symposium: Vision of Reformasi with Cultural Insight Heading to 21st Century, FSUI Depok 1--3 December 1998.
