BOARD OF TRUSTEES UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA

Considering:

  • that Universitas Indonesia has the potentials to become a research university highly honoring the value of honesty;
  • that Universitas Indonesia is a place for developing and executing research for the civitas academica ;
  • that for said activity, it is necessary to establish a research policy which is decided by the Board of Trustees.

  • Regulation Number 20 Year 2003 about The National Education System (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Addition to State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
  • Regulation Number 10 Year 2004 for Forming Regulations of Legislation (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 53 Year 2004, Addition to State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4389);
  • Government Regulation No 60 Year 1999about Higher Education (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 115, Addition to State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3899);
  • Government Regulation No 61 Year 1999 deciding that a University is a Legal Entity (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 116, Addition to State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3860);
  • Government Regulation Number 152 Year 2000 about deciding that the Universitas Indonesia as a University having a status of State Owned Legal Entity (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2000 Number 270); Decree of the Minister of National Education Number 16/MPN/KP/2002 about the Appointing of the Members of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Indonesia;
  • Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Indonesia Number 01/SK/MWA-UI/2003 about bylaws of Universitas Indonesia;
  • Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Indonesia Number 006/SK/MWA-UI/2004 about the Academic Education Curriculum of Universitas Indonesia ; and
  • Decision made by the Board of Trustees Universitas Indonesia Number 008/SK/MWA-UI/2004 concerning the Activity Rules at the Campus of University Indonesia
