The huge and excessive development of ideas and technological innovations has accelerated the growth of worldwide economy, but has also at the same time disrupted the old common rules and order adhered in society, law, education, administration and economy; the new era has, as a matter of fact, introduced new rules and order in the society. Commenting on recent development, Indonesia’s Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati, Ph.D emphasized that this era would be unstoppable and that advancement of ideas combined with digitalization were unquestionably needed to escalate the country’s productivity. Support is also needed from Triple-Helix OR N-Helix as well as from the collaboration among the government, private sectors, universities and the society in generating qualified researchers which direct the use of innovations to enhance the quality of human well-being. This era will give the opportunity for all citizens in the world to communicate with each other and should be utilized to maximize the economic role in achieving prosperity in the real sector.

In accordance with the above phenomena, the theme of the 3rd APRISH will be “Convention and Innovation in the Disruption Era”. It is aimed to awaken people’s awareness and to mobilize them to find ways to conduct sustainable development in a disruption era. With this conference, scholars of social sciences and humanity are expected to present major contributions in terms of ideas, designs, models and strategies on how the society should face up to the convention, adopt themselves to the innovations and keep moving forward in an era of disruption.

Selected papers will be published in the Scopus/Thomson Reuter-indexed proceedings or Scopus-indexed journals.
