Programme Overview

The Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia (FHUI) has one study programme, namely the Legal Studies Programme which produces Sarjana Hukum (SH) or Bachelor’s in Law. Students can enter this programme through the regular or parallel undergraduate programmes.

Students studying at FHUI, will be able to focus their interests in a particular field of law through specialisation Programmes (PK) that FHUI has to offer, namely:

  •      Law on Relationships between Fellow Community Members (PK I);
  •      Law on Crime Prevention and Combating (PK II);
  •      Legal Practice (PK III);
  •      Law on Economic Activities (PK IV);
  •      Law on State and Public Relations (PK V);
  •      Law on Transnational Relations (PK VI);
  •      Law on Public Welfare and Social Issues (PK VII)

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees for the Regular Undergraduate Programme are paid according to the financial ability of the students, which is known as the BOP-B system (Equitable Academic Operational Fee). The tuition fees range between IDR 100,000 – 5,000,000. Students are no longer required to pay admission fees, effective since 2013, due to subsidies provided by the government through BOPTN (Operational Assistance for State Universities). UI applies UKT (Integrated Academic Fee) as its payment system where students pay an integrated academic fee for each study programme and no longer pay according to the number of credit units they take every semester.

The fee for Parallel Undergraduate is fixed and also uses the UKT. The tuition fee is Rp 10,000,000 per semester and an admission fee of Rp 12,000,000.
