Vocational Multimedia Broadcasting Study Program

Course Description

The purpose the education is to produce Multimedia Broadcasting Associate Experts who are able to carry out their work practically from planning to production in accordance with community needs, law and professional ethics. The Competencies of graduates of the multimedia broadcasting study program is having skills and knowledge about the operational system of radio and TV broadcast studios, radio and television transmitter systems, multimedia content development tools around animation, photo/video editing, use of camera equipment, lighting. The graduates will be able to engage in production (operational) teams and radio and TV programming, as well as in other media industries.

To be the center of excellent that is superior and competitive for applied Multimedia Broadcasting education in ASEAN by increasing knowledge and applied technology in the field of Multimedia Broadcasting to produce graduates who are independent, superior, and able to harmonize formal education and the needs of the industrial world.

Competencies of Graduates

The qualifications required for graduates of the Multimedia Broadcasting Study Program include competencies that must be achieved by graduates in the digital era according to the needs of the radio, television, and various other multi-platform industries. Graduates of the Multimedia Broadcasting Study Program must have a national and international basic standard competency that includes knowledge, skills , and attitude (work attitude). The formulation of the competences of the Multimedia Broadcasting Study Program involves several parties, which are the professional associations, academics, and users, who are practitioners of the Multimedia Broadcasting field. The graduates of the Multimedia Broadcasting Study Program are usually work as Assistant Radio Program Producer, Radio Reporter, Radio Editor/Script Writer Staff, Radio Music Division Staff, Radio Off Air Staff, Multimedia Radio Staff, Television Production Assistant, Television Program Assistant Director, Camera Person, Video Television Editor, Switcher, and Television Script Writer/Creative Staff.

Tuition Fee

Based on the UI Education Fees Decree in 2022

for Vocational Multimedia Broadcasting Study Program the education costs are fixed. The the Education Operational Cost is Rp10.000.000 per semester.

Development Fund Rp 11.500.000.
