Procurement of Equipment
Package II. Medical Skill Laboratory and Supporting Equipment
The Universitas Indonesia has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Development of Medical Education & Research Center and Two University Hospitals Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Equipment- Package II. Medical Skill Laboratory and Supporting Equipment.
Medical Education and Research Center Universitas Indonesia (MERC UI) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Equipment- Package II. Medical Skill Laboratory and Supporting Equipment, which consist of: Supply and delivery of Package II – Medical Skill Laboratory and Supporting Equipment (Medical Skill Laboratory and Supporting Equipment). The medical equipment comprises of basic and advanced tools for teaching and learning clinical skills for instructors, individual health personal (doctors, nurses, midwife, paramedics) and also health professionals team training. The equipment provide clinical skills examination center such as Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for medical students and medical professionals. The tools are such as Emergency Training Kits, Mother and Child Resucitation Models, Anatomical Models, Diagnostic Tools, Computer Assisted Learning, etc. Supporting tools are such as office equipments, documentation tools, etc. It may range from daily medical practice devices to modern, IT-based, and sophisticated materials. The delivery period is 4 (four) months.
Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the IsDB’s Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under Islamic Development Bank Financing (May 2009 Amended February 2012), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from MERC Universitas Indonesia and inspect the bidding documents during office hours (10.00 am – 03.00 pm) starting April 11, 2016 until June 13, 2016 (10.00 am)
A complete set of post-qualification bidding documents may be obtained by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below.
Bids must be delivered to the address below. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as appropriate of USD 25,500.
