DOCUMENTS

• Non-Indonesian passport.
• Recent color photograph (full face without hat, glasses, or accessories)
• High school or equivalent school certificate.
• High school or equivalent school academic transcript.
• English proficiency must be demonstrated by one of the following certificates:
• • EPT UI (https://lbifib.ui.ac.id/) with a minimum score of 500
  • ITP TOEFL (www.ets.org) with a minimum score of 500
  • IELTS (http://ielts.org) with a minimum score of 5.5
  • FCE and CAE from Cambridge Main Suite Exams with a minimum score of 154 (https://www.cambridgeenglish.org/exams-and-tests/)
  • Only EPT UI/ITP TOEFL/IELTS/FCE/CAE certificates obtained from May 2023 onward are considered valid.
  • If you have received or will receive a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, you do not need to submit an English language proficiency certificate. Instead, you must provide a letter from your institution confirming that English is the primary language of instruction.
• Indonesian language proficiency certificate of one of the following:

1. • TIBA with a minimum score of 4
   • UKBI with a minimum score of 482
   • TIBA/UKBI certificate is a mandatory document, except for those who have received a degree from an institution where Indonesian is the primary language of instruction.
   • BIPA course certificate from Lembaga Bahasa Internasional, Fakultas Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya, Universitas Indonesia (LBI FIB UI) with a minimum level of 3. You can use this certificate if you do not have an Indonesian language proficiency certificate, or you have not received a high school or equivalent school certificate from an institution where Indonesian is the primary language of instruction

• Health certificate.
