Foreign Doctoral Program

DOCUMENT

1. Non Indonesian passport.
2. Latest color photo (full face without hat/glasses/accessories).
3. Master degree certificate.
4. Master degree transcript.
5. English proficiency certificate: International TOEFL (www.ets.org) with minimum score of 173 (CBT); or 61(iBT) or IELTS (http://ielts.org) with minimum score of 5.5. TOEFL/IELTS score are valid for two years from the test date. If you have or will have received a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, you do not need to submit TOEFL/IELTS certificate.
6. Indonesian languange proficiency test (TIBA) certificate with minimum score of 4, or Indonesian language course (BIPA) certificate with minimum level of 3. TIBA/BIPA certificate is mandatory document, except those from university with entirely the class in Bahasa Indonesia.

10. The applicant of Faculty of Economics and Business should submit common entry examination score (e.g. GRE or GMAT)

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Faculty of Medicine:

Nutrition

1. Master degree in Nutrition or health related sciences with high academic GPA ≥ 3 (scale 4.0). PBT TOEFL min.550 or iBT TOEFL min. 80 or IELTS min. 6.5
2. Abrief research pre-proposal in relevant nutrition topics.
3. Two reference letter from their former supervisor or advisor or lectuter or head of departement. A financial guarantee letter or scholarship statement.

Biomedical

1. Nationals or permanent resident of a South East Asia country.
2. Master degree in Biomedical Sciences or Life Sciences.
3. PBT TOEFL min. 550 or iBT TOEFL min.80 or IELTS min. 6.5
4. Having graduated frim Master program not more than 6 years ago at the time of application.
5. Pre-Doctoral Proposal (5 pages of research proposal comprises background, research question, hypothesis, conceptual framework, theoretical framework, methodology, timeline, references)
