Depok, July 9th 2023. Universitas Indonesia (UI) accepted 2,032 prospective new students through the 2023 Academic Achievement and Equal Learning Opportunity (PPKB) admission path for the Regular Undergraduate, Non-Regular Undergraduate, and Vocational Education Programs from a total of 13,270 applicants. Of the total participants accepted, there are a total of 455 new Regular Undergraduate students, 981 Non-Regular new Undergraduate students, and 596 new Vocational Education Program students. The PPKB results were announced on Monday (3/7) and the report card verification was announced on Friday (7/7) at 16.00 WIB via the https://penerimaan.ui.ac.id/ppkb page.
Participants who pass the report card verification will receive a Student Identification Number (NPM) to be able to proceed to the Pre-Registration stage. Prospective new students who have obtained NPM can proceed to the Pre-Registration stage from 7th to 14th of July 2023. Pre-registration is carried out on the http://pra-registrasi.ui.ac page.id/apps/site/information. Prospective new students can login by entering the NPM that has been obtained and their choice of Study Program. For prospective new students who do not complete the fields and documents on the page, they are declared not to have completed the Pre-Registration stage, and thus are not allowed to proceed to the next stage.
For Regular Undergraduate students, UI implements a policy of determining the amount of education fees for Single Tuition Fees (UKT) in an equitable manner based on data and evaluation results of the ability of tuition bearers to pay. The UKT Evaluation and Determination Stage can be carried out after completing the Pre-Registration stage, with several conditions, including filling in data and uploading the necessary files on the UKT Information System page ukt.ui.ac.id; Filling in this data must be done online starting from 10th to 17th of July 2023. For evaluation and determination schedules, see the UKT Information System page https://ukt.ui.ac.id/. After the announcement of the determination on the UKT Information System page, prospective new students can make payment of their tuition fees.
Meanwhile, prospective non-regular undergraduate students and the Vocational Education Program can pay their tuition fees on July 10th-17th 2023 by host to host, ATM, Mobile Banking or Internet Banking. The tuition fees that have been paid by prospective new students who have resigned cannot be returned for any reason. Tuition fees that have been paid for and on behalf of students cannot be diverted for other students’ tuition fees and/or other educational levels/programs/admission path.
After making a payment, prospective new students will be registered automatically as new students. SSO UI account username and password for Academic Registration will be sent via email according to the Pre-Registration data. Prospective new students are declared to have resigned if they do not complete Pre-Registration and make Tuition Fee Payments.
