Marine Engineering
Course Description
The Marine Engineering Study Program focuses on education in the fields of Ship Design, Ship Production Process, Ship Repair Activities, Ship Machinery Installation and Maritime Regulations as well as providing basic knowledge and management of shipyard management. Graduates of Marine Engineering Study Program have devoted themselves to various fields such as: maritime industry, government bureaucracy, research institutes, engineering industry, automotive industry, oil and gas shipping industry, heavy machinery industry, educational institutions and other industries both at home and abroad.
Tuition Fee
For undergraduate regular program, the fee is paid according to the financial ability of the bearer, BOP-B (Education Operational Cost) BOP-B (Education Operational Cost) is paid around Rp 100.000 – Rp 7.500.000. For regular undergraduates, as of 2013, there is no entry fee. This is because the entry fee is subsidized by the government through the Operational Assistance of State Universities.
UI uses the Single Tuition Fee payment system where students pay the unit fee for education that has been determined by the study program and is no longer charged per credit.

For non-foreign nationals, Parallel undergraduate education costs are fixed. BOP (Education Operational Cost) is paid around Rp 10.000.000,- per-semester and Rp 50.000.000,- for the Development Fund.
For foreign nationals, parallel undergraduate education costs are fixed. The Education Operational Cost is paid around Rp 30.000.000,- persemester and Rp 50.000.000,- for the Development Fund.
