Psychology is the science that studies human behavior and its application to the problems faced by humans. The UI Faculty of Psychology learning process uses the latest and exciting techniques with learning methods that lead to student-centered learning, such as discussion, collaborative learning, and problem-based learning.
Cost of education
Based on UI Rector Decree No.406/SK?R/UI/2021
Regular S1 tuition fees are paid according to the ability of the cost bearer. The payment scheme is called BOP-B (Equitable Education Operational Fee).
BOP-B is in the range of Rp. 100,000-5,000,000. As of 2013, regular bachelor’s degrees are no longer subject to entry fees. Instead, the government subsidizes entry fees through State University Operational Assistance (BOPTN).
UI uses Single Tuition Fees or UKT as a payment system where students pay a unit tuition fee determined by the study program, and there is no charge per credit fee.

For Indonesian, the tuition fee for the Parallel Undergraduate Program is fixed. The amount of the BOP is IDR 14,000,000 per semester and IDR 16,000,000 for the entry fee.
The tuition fee for the Parallel Undergraduate Program is fixed for foreigners. The BOP is Rp. 20,000,000 per semester and Rp. 27,000,000.- for entry fees.
Bachelor of Psychology graduates are primarily involved and work in research, human resources, marketing, journalists, advertising, NGOs, public relations, education, social, and so on. At Universitas Indonesia, Faculty of Psychology, the undergraduate education level is taken in four years with a Bachelor of Psychology (S.Psi) degree. To be a psychologist, the graduates must continue their education to the master’s degree program
The International Special Class Bachelor Program in Psychology at the Universitas Indonesia collaborates with the School of Psychology, Faculty of Social Behavioral Science, University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
Admission to Psychology International Bachelor Program is through SIMAK.

Education Operational Cost for Psychology Magister Program is paid in the amount of Rp. 10,500,000.00 for regular class of Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Educational Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Personality Psychology.
For regular classes: Applied Peace Psychology, Applied Early Childhood Psychology, Applied Social Intervention Psychology, Applied Health Psychology, Applied Psychometrics, Applied Human Resources Psychology, Applied Human Resources & Knowledge Management, Applied Sports Psychology, Applied Psychology of Trauma & Disaster, the amount of BOP paid is Rp. 15,000,000.00.
Non-regular class all specializations are paid in the amout of Rp15.000.000,00 each semester.
Development Fund is paid only once in the amount of Rp.11.000.000,00 for regular class and Rp21.000.000,00 for non-regular class when entering the program
