UI students successfully got another achievement. Respect Team that was consists of Astrid Lelitya Rahma, Rosya Prilia Chairani, and Asma Rosyidah, students of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia, got the 3rd place on Industrial Challenge Competition (INCHALL) 2015.
INCHALL 2015 was an industrial engineering competition between universities that had been held by Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri or The Association of Industrial Engineering Students (HMTI) of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Different from the previous year, on this year’s INCHALL, ITS invited universities from all over Indonesia and ASEAN to send their representative in order to join this competition.
The main topic of INCHALL 2015 was “Systems Thinking: Break Through Industrial Competitiveness”. Systems thinking is a base competency of Industrial Engineering students on decision making about solution that would be taken to answer a complex industrial problems. In this competition, participants were challenged with the real cases that has been happened on industrial world.
