Course Description
The mission of Department of Architectural Engineering Faculty of Engineering UI is to give best quality architectural education which push the knowledge of designing, competences that are needed by graduates and professional, and values or attitudes that are needed as a member of the community, and caring and responsive attitude to the issues related to the living space of human live.
The competition for excellent architectural education and a challenging future requires a learning process that encourages critical thinking, scientific writing, and understanding of professional issues. Graduates of the Architectural Study Program are architectural graduates with pre-professional qualifications so that they can directly do internships in the world of practitioners or continue to the Profession program (Architect) through a qualification process by the Indonesian Architects Association (IAI). Graduates of Architecture Undergraduate Program can work in various fields in the interior industry and supervising the implementation of construction development.
Apart from pursuing a career in architecture, graduates can also develop careers as assessors for project feasibility studies, building and environmental management, working in the building materials and elements industry; and work in the government sector in matters of building management, building construction and those related to environmental development. In addition, S1 graduates of the FTUI Architecture Study Program can also work in various fields of work that demand creative abilities and critical thinking skills.
Tuition Fee
Based on the UI Rector Decree No. 406/SK?R/UI/2021
For undergraduate regular program, the fee is paid according to the financial ability of the bearer, BOP-B (Education Operational Cost)
BOP-B (Education Operational Cost) is paid around Rp 100.000 – Rp 7.500.000. For regular undergraduates, as of 2013, there is no entry fee. This is because the entry fee is subsidized by the government through the Operational Assistance of State Universities.
UI uses the Single Tuition Fee payment system where students pay the unit fee for education that has been determined by the study program and is no longer charged per credit.
Based on the UI Education Fees Decree in 2022
For non-foreign nationals, Parallel undergraduate education costs are fixed. Tuition fees for Parallel Undergraduate also use a Single Tuition Fee. BOP (Education Operational Cost) is paid around Rp 10.000.000,- per-semester dan Rp 50.000.000,- for Development Fund.
For foreign nationals, Parallel undergraduate education costs are fixed. Tuition fees for Parallel Undergraduate also use a Single Tuition Fee. BOP (Education Operational Cost) is paid around Rp 30.000.000,- persemester dan Rp 50.000.000,- for the Development Fund.
