Kadri Mohammad

Mohammad Kadri is a graduate of the undergraduate program at the Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia. After graduating from Universitas Indonesia, he continued his study at the School of Business at Cleveland State University, Ohio, United States. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Arfidea Kadri Sahetapy-Engle Tisnadisastra (AKSET), a law firm he founded with three friends. As a corporate lawyer, Kadri specializes in Capital Market, Mergers and Acquisition, and Banking and Finance. In 2019, he received two prestigious accolades; he was awarded the Managing Partner of the Year title by Asian Legal Business at the Indonesia Law Award 2019 and recognized as one of the Top 100 Lawyers by the Asian Business Law Journal. Prior to becoming a Member of the Advisory Board of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants as he is today, Kadri served as the General Secretary of ILUNI FH UI (Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia) for three years (2012-2015). In his daily life, he is known to be actively involved in multiple art and social philanthropy activities, including assisting UI in multiple fundraising events for disasters, which involved alumni, artists, and the government as a social contribution.
