Universitas Indonesia (UI) received a comparative study visit from Universitas Andalas which took place offline in Meeting Room A, 2nd Floor Rectorate Building, UI Depok Campus, on Tuesday (22/08). The visit was warmly welcomed by the Vice Rector for Finance and Logistics, Vita Silvira, S.E., Ak, MBA, CA.

In her presentation, Vita said that the Universitas Indonesia’s strategic plan for 2020-2024 contains a strategic map, strategic goals, and a balance score card. Judging from the strategic management approach, the balance score card consists of four perspectives. The four perspectives are stakeholder, internal business process, learning and growth, and financial.

“These four perspectives in our balance score, their position can change depending on the vision and mission of the university,” said Vita.

He explained that UI places the financial perspective at the bottom and at the top there is a strategic goal regarding learning and growth which consists of talent or human resources. Furthermore, there is strategic information related to all information technology development; strategic infrastructure related to asset utilization both for the tridharma of higher education (PT) as well as financial strengthening, services, and public facilities; and strategic organization culture related to superior work culture.

“The internal business process perspective is inseparable from the tridharma of universities related to education, research, and effective governance. Meanwhile, the stakeholder perspective consists of all those on campus or off campus who even have an interest in the campus including the government as one of the stakeholders. We want to present a Universitas Indonesia that is innovative, independent, inclusive, dignified, and superior in Southeast Asia and the world,” he said.
