This is because the products produced by these teachers direct where Indonesia wants to go. MDGB PTNBH has high aspirations, and the main thing is how these professors in Indonesia can make a specific and concrete contribution to the government.”

Rector of UI Prof. Ari Kuncoro, SE, MA, Ph.D. in his opening speech said that the theme that was brought in this activity was very relevant because professors, especially as thinkers of the nation, are also responsible for the direction of development in the education sector for Indonesia. During the plenary meeting, several recommendations were made from the commission in the PTNBH MDGB. Regarding the Norms, Ethics, Academic Culture and Moral Integrity Development commission, it was agreed to play a role in coordination, synergy, reference, consultation, and preparation of commonalities in a system or major norms that inspire the preparation and enforcement of a code of ethics between universities which can vary. In addition, this commission also proposed the preparation of research and publication ethics. The commission for scientific development and strategic thinking proposed mapping the expertise of each PTNBH and also proposed the best study program in each PTNBH for the establishment of Universitas Nusantara, which supports and ensures the demographic structure of IKN development. The commission for the development of higher education human resources provided several future solutions of PTNBH so that the government continues to allocate new state civil apparatus (ASN) and non-ASNs and obtain budgets for non-ASNs, all of which are to maintain scientific regeneration. Furthermore, a mapping or road map is proposed for position analysis as well as providing a transitional period to be able to implement it in each univerity and reviewing the regulations for awarding honorary professor titles.
