The public lecture had a broad topic of communication from Vocational UI lecturers, which was the first step of collaboration for the cooperation that was built between Vocational UI and UNTL.

This collaboration is inseparable from the visit made by Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Timor Leste Fidelis Manuel Leite Magalhães and State Secretary for Social Communications of Timor Leste Merício Juvinal dos Reis to Vocational UI in the Campus Orientation for New Students (PKKMB) 2022, on August 2022.
