Course Description
Specializations:
1. Social Development and Local Autonomy
Develop professional human resources for academic and non-academic in order to improve the quality of service to stakeholders with problem solving methods in the field of Social Welfare/Social Development by integrating global developments and local sensitivity.
2. Development Planning and Evaluation
Improve the ability of those who are interested in and work in the planning and implementation of development programs and humanitarian programs. It is hoped that by having the ability to plan and evaluate programs that are accountable and sensitive to the needs of the community, the programs developed will be effective and successful in developing the target community groups.
3. Community Development, Poverty and Corporate Social Responsibility
Studying and dealing with poverty comprehensively, from global, national and local perspectives, and involving community participation and social sensitivity of corporations (business) and the Government. In this context, local potential and community resources are developed to the fullest, including work ethic and entrepreneurial mentality (enterpreneurship).
Entrance to the Social Welfare Science Magister Program is taken through SIMAK UI written examination.
